Robert H. Turner, III (“Rob Turner”) is a corporate/technology and commercial real estate attorney, currently an Advisor with Sapronov Government Affairs, Inc. Mr. Turner concentrates his practice on the intersection of telecommunications and real estate. His extensive corporate and commercial experience specifically includes wireless commercial contracts (sales and procurement), cell and tower siting /lease agreements, distributed antenna system (DAS) stadium contracts, wireless infrastructure (LTE) buildout and fiber access agreements. His corporate experience includes mergers, acquisitions and leveraged financing (with emphasis on commercial real estate finance). His commercial real estate experience also includes landlord/tenant transactions, commercial property purchase and sale agreements, acquisition due diligence (title and survey), and secured transactions.
