Gary Flicker, CPA,  has 30 years of accounting, financial reporting, management, tax, SEC, budgeting, forecasting, due diligence, and operational experience.  He assists businesses with professional accounting, tax and financial services and often works with business owners as their interim or as a sourced (“fractional”) CFO.

Mr. Flicker’s past career includes two national CPA firms, VP / Financial Director of a multibillion dollar publicly traded company, Financial Director for an investment banking / merchant banking firm and was employed by two different publicly traded companies as their Chief Financial Officer.

He was also engaged for 3 years by HEALTHSOUTH, a multi-billion dollars publicly traded national healthcare provider, working with a national turn-around firm in one of the largest fraud cases in US history .

Mr. Flicker is on the Board of Directors of a publicly traded company based in New York and is Chairman of the Audit Committee.
