Kenneth A. (Ken) Klatt, former Assistant General Counsel at Delta Air Lines, Inc., has a broad background in commercial transactions, working in areas as diverse as fuel procurement and logistics, IT and telecommunications, sports and entertainment endorsement and appearance matters, and aircraft components and service agreements. He has extensive experience in audio and video content licensing and compliance, including audio and video streaming, and has worked on licenses with most of the major movie studios, recording studios and music publishers in the United States.
Ken received his BA from DePauw University and his JD from Notre Dame Law School. He is admitted to practice in Georgia, Indiana and California, and is a past Chair of the Technology Section of the Georgia State Bar. He is a longtime resident of Sandy Springs, Georgia.
