SAPC to co-chair LSI’s Deployment of Wireless Facilities Seminar – Nov. 13-14 in Atlanta, GA

Law Seminars International’s seminar “Deployment of Wireless Facilities” will take place in Atlanta on November 13 and 14, 2014. Rob Turner, of counsel to SAPC, will co-chair the seminar with Gerard Lavery Lederer from Best Best & Krieger, LLP. Walt Sapronov, principal at SAPC, will also be a panel speaker at the seminar.

From LSI: “This year has seen explosive mobile industry growth. Smartphones, “apps”, social media, and streaming video are all creating unprecedented demand for mobile broadband, both services and infrastructure. This conference addresses the practical, legal, economic and regulatory issues applicable to providers, local governments, building landlords, private property owners and others that arise from this explosion in the growth of mobile wireless services, and the infrastucture that makes these services possible.

This advanced conference will examine the changing business of mobile and wireless communications services and its impact on the increased demand for, and design of, wireless facilities. Topics to be discussed include state and federal regulations and statutes that define the rights and responsibilities of mobile service providers, local governments and property owners when it comes to site, and modifying towers and antennas. Panelists will also discuss deal points associated with the deployment and modification of cell sites, towers, and other facilities’ access.”

Registration is available on LSI’s website.
