Our experience encompasses emerging IP technologies such as VOIP, MPLS, and Broadband Internet access – with emphasis on crafting “SLAs” (Service Level Agreements) and other buyer protections when purchasing new technologies. Procurement contracting includes purchase, lease, collocation and system integration agreements for customer premises equipment such as PBXs, routers, satellite earth stations, and local area networks. We also have extensive experience in negotiation of data center agreements – both in the U.S. and abroad.
