Sarah Snyder Hutchins is a communications and information technology advisor with Sapronov Government Affairs, Inc., an affiliate of Sapronov & Associates, P.C. and based out of the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Ms. Hutchins has a wide range of experience in technology and communications law.   Among many other transactions, she has drafted and negotiated OEM agreements, teaming agreements, service level agreements, system integration agreements, outsourcing agreements and procurement agreements.  She has also negotiated numerous software development software licensing agreements. Her technology transactional experience includes negotiations with HP, IBM, EDS, Salesforce.com, Amazon, Disney, Ford Motor Company, NASCAR, and Microsoft.  Ms. Hutchins’ experience includes collocation, managed hosting services, internet access services, managed hosting services, content delivery services, cloud services, data security, privacy issues, and network transitions.

Ms. Hutchins served as Vice President, Legal Services at Internap, a major cloud computing provider, and as a senior counsel/director for Sprint Corporation’s Sponsorships, Strategic Alliances and Procurement group. Some highlights of her transactional experience include negotiating the distribution of the scanner, the FanView, at NASCAR races, data center contract negotiations in multiple, foreign jurisdictions, music and other entertainment sponsorships, the naming rights agreement for Sprint Center and state-of-the art development of cloud computing service offerings.  She has also previously served as in-house counsel for a telecommunications software vendor, with responsibility for all legal matters in South America.
