Sapronov & Associates, P.C, with offices in Atlanta, Georgia and Washington, D.C., represents clients in a wide variety of communications and information technology transactions, regulatory and privacy matters.  The Firm’s communications practice includes negotiation and drafting of domestic and global telecom contracts, enterprise sourcing, data center and hosting, interconnection, wireless back-haul, cell-site and buildout agreements.  The technology practice includes software development and licensing, hardware procurement, cloud computing, domestic and global IT infrastructure and out-sourcing agreements.  Representative technology transactions include negotiation of state of-the-art broadband wireless (LTE), infrastructure agreements, neutral DAS hosting, VOIP, Ethernet, WiFi and other IP technology deployment.

The Firm’s regulatory  experience dates back to the 1983 AT&T Consent Decree – and includes client representation before the Federal Communications Commission, numerous U.S. public utility commissions throughout the U.S., and numerous other state and local governmental authorities – including radio frequency interference, carrier and VOIP compliance, certification, universal service fund (USF) contribution and disbursement matters.   Sapronov & Associates  also handles complex dispute resolution, settlement negotiations and complaint proceedings before the FCC, state commissions, and other forums.  The Firm also counsels clients on privacy law compliance and enforcement under U.S. and foreign privacy laws.
